convenient locationquiet family roomcomfy stay
i enjoyed my time here. i found the location super convenient near klia terminal 2. there are many local shops plus food options. my family room stay felt quiet and comfy.
i did notice the room size felt a tad small.

the room was modern plus clean providing comfort. i was upgraded to a larger room which was a welcome surprise. the upgrade provided extra space offering a better overall experience.

the location offers great convenience especially with easy access to the terminal. it is a short walk after clearing immigration which is very useful. this setup makes catching flights simpler minimizing travel stress.

the staff was friendly plus helpful especially during the reservation process. they quickly eased my worries about my daughter's solo trip. i will definitely book again because of the smooth assistance.

adequate but with some drawbacks
windowless roominadequate soundproofing
my stay wasn't great. the room lacked windows, a thing . also, the soundproofing seemed inadequate. i could hear a lot of noise from people in nearby rooms and in the hallway and this bothered me a lot.
